hello, i sold something to a guy and he told me he paid the money and he sent a screenshot from the transaction details but i havent received an email yet. how do i know of this is real or not?

Check your PayPal activity on your computer.  If there is no transaction there, then you have no money.

Screenshots can be fake.

Never send an item unless the PayPal transaction specifically indicates OK.
