hi,
This is Rahul from india i am paypal user since 2013, in 2017 october i met a guy from canada and he offer's me a job as php developer and i accepted it after that they told me they are sending me money to buy apple mac book's so they told me to create a invoice for that they send me 7,058.10 USD on November 02, and send me list to transfer the money in 4 Indian bank accounts as per direction first i have transfer the amount to my account than i have transferred the all amount to that 4 bank accounts but they have created a dispute now and not replying for my mails and messages and my papal account is in negative so please tell me what should i do it's looks like a scam and all conversation is my Skype account

Wow!  You're in India where there are stringent money regulations.  You "met a guy from Canada" who promised you a lot of money.   That's all the information need to know you jumped right into a scam.  You need some serious education about internet dangers and scams.

You have one PayPal transaction right?

What are the details of that transaction?  What are the details of the inovice you sent?

What are the details of the pament transaction on your computer?  Without details there is no way to know how to respond.
