i got hacked

Hey fam,

i woke up in the morning, checked my outlook and saw that around 3am a payment was done. I went and checked, it was a payment of 150$ to mutstore.com for fifa points (MUT18 Xbox One Coins) lol, i don't even have fifa, i was in shock. Looks like somebody hacked my paypal account. Can somebody help me with this case? I changed my password and opened a case with paypal. Do i need to call paypal or do they solve this problem by report. It's also protected by buyer, does it mean i have still hope to get refunded? please help!!
