its been 4 days ive been emailing u guys and still no action about closing my dispute and now i being held by the company i play games now...and u guys keep sending me with a manual ...

It is always best to call PayPal directly. I know how you feel about e-mail responses, as I have'd had the same frustration. But I have found that if you call PayPal, and have them call you back when prompted, you'll save hold time, and you'll be a lot closer to resolving your frustrating problem.
