had a dispute decided in my favor then 2 days latter reopened

by the same person . how is this possible

1. They may have opened an ebay dispute and then when that closed they opened a paypal one.

OR

2. They appealed the decision of the first dispute and paypal re-opened it.

OR

3. They funded that paypal payment via their credit card and went to their c.c. issuer direct and initiated a chargeback?
