I received a package from a seller that was supposed to be a movie poster. The round tube arrived and I thought it was small and light. I opened it and my heart sunk. The tube was empty. I emailed the seller and he said "send the poster back and I will give you a refund." I then looked on his reviews and noticed he had done this twice before. I feel like a fool. Is there any way to get my money back??!! eBay says they can't do anything because of their excuse that I am in the U.S. and the package was bought on eBay France. That seems unfair because it is still eBay.
