Hi, I've received an email from Paypal services stating that I've made a purchase on eBay and the transaction will be done in 24hours. There's also a pdf attached that claims to be receipt of my purchase. I do not own an eBay account, let alone making purchase on it? I didn't download the pdf as I'm doubting the genuinity of this paypal services email. Can someone help?
