dispute opened by buyer and now i can't cancel the sale!!!

i had a buyer today buy a $400 gift card that paid immediately, then wanted the card number and pin # sent via email and when i refused, buyer immediately opened a dispute! what can i do? i never got any money as it is on hold and i'm NOT sending my $400 gift card or card info to this person! i would have refunded the payment but since she opened the dispute, that is not an option i can find and i can't seem to cancel the sale without refunding the payment! i'm NOT giving this woman $400 for nothing! WHAT CAN I DO....HELP!!!!

What options do you have in the Dispute Resolution center?

You could phone PayPal customer service as soon as the office opens.  Click on the " contact" link at the bottom of the page for options.

you can only have either the card or the money,not both. 

if you cant cancel the order,then let Paypal does it for you.
