i sold a sealed rare item on ebay in november 2017. its january 16, 2018 and the buyer opens it and uses it for 2 months, and now claims its fake and wants a refund. buyer created a paypal case and i just received a email saying they sided with the buyer? really? he opened this rare sealed item and used it for 2 months and paypal decided he wins? is this an automated email? can i appeal this case? paypal customer service is closed at the moment. on the case,i submitted lots of close up photos and proof item is genuine. the buyer is a scammer, opens this rare item, uses it now wants his money back after 2 months.
anyone thoughts on this case?
