chargeback from a transaction 18 years ago

I have been chargeback from a transaction that happened 18 years ago in 2000. How do I dispute this? Has this happened to any one else?

Chargebacks are initiated by a buyers credit card company and that company make any decisions.

But paypal will forward anything on for you in your 'defence' so i would contact paypal and tell them how long ago it was and to query it with the c.c. company.
