cancel dispute

Hi
I opened a dispute and asking for refund from this company IZI VOGUE LIMITED and this`s the invoice id WIG20180408892165-P, they sent me many messages via my email they asked me to return the wig and they cannot return my money before i cancel the dispute, so now I canceled the dispute but they stopped answering my emails and they didnot return my full refund 110 $, please help me I donnot know what to do ?

You should NEVER cancel a dispute until you have a cleared refund OR your item.

As it is they can now ignore you as you can't open a second dispute.

If you had to close a dispute for someone to refund you then what would be the point of the dispute process in the first place?
