so yeah if you look at the image above i seem to be missing some funds after a recent ebay dispute that ended in a refund.
i sold an item, the due payment was held after the buyer initiated a dispute, and i eventually processed the refund via ebay. afterwards i made another sale of +54.84 and other smaller sales of £1.49 - £2.69 , none of which were disputed yet i only have a balance of £41.34? (the held funds shown are from 2 smaller disputes of £5.59 not relevant to the other £38 refund.
where is the rest of my money?
i have sent 3 messeges through the paypal support system and heard no reply in the last 3 days.
