Don't give it.

It's a SCAM.

Your PP identification is the email address you use to access the account.

If you are in a transaction, you can safely give that to your customer or seller.

That is all that is needed.

If the other person doesn't know that, he is a scammer.

Stop all communication with him and send his email to spoof@paypal.com
