account limited for a long time

Hello.

I sent proof to paypal in order to get my account unlimited. But they never responded back. It's been a good 3 months and I've even called them and asked what's going on. 

Nothing has happened yet. Should I continue to wait? Or make a new account? Or ask support for help?

If you open another paypal account whilst you have one limited then that one would be limited also.

As to your limitation normally you have steps to resolve it OR its permanent.

If they have not accepted what you sent then you didn't resolve it.

Why not ring to get an update?
