this morning i received a denial from the resolution team about a fee that was deducted from my account- where the company deducted the fee woithout authorization the same as they did the year before and the year befroe- I have the emails from paypal where the fee was cancelled and the account was removed from auto deduct but it happened again this year. and this year Pay pal refused to give back the recurring dee. this comanpy has been doing this f to this account since 2014. this has to stop- last years case number was PP#004-986-736-203 and in year 21014 Case PP-004-074-565-473
this has to stop. Please help me.
