eBay states all sellers must meet certain guidelines such as honest, advertising only what true. No misleading etc.

Do they inforce this ????

Can sellers lie & if you buy that product because of that lie - what are your options, will eBay or pay pal support you!

No they will not!

Do you think this is fair ? Do you shop with eBay because of a false sense of protection. Do you use eBay to further protect yourself?  .........it is all a lie, they make their money from sellers....

i hope you never have a problem but when you do don't expect help from eBay or pay pal.

what kind of case did you open,you have 30 days with Ebay and 180 days with Paypal.

item not as described,usually buyer wins and return the item.

you cannot open and close the same case multiple times.

if all else fail,file chargeback with your cc issuer,you may not have to return the item and teh seller will pay $20 chargeback fee.
