What happens if seller doesn't respond in time?

I escalated a dispute to a claim recently, and it gave the seller until the 12th to respond. It's already the 14th and no response. What happens now? Do I need to do something?

Even allowing for the time difference between countries I still think it is the 13th where you are and not the 14th  Smiley Wink

 

Once the deadline (12th) has been reached, paypal normally review / refund within 48 hours later.
