I paid Vacation Rental Owner in Full ($9000) last Aug (2017) for upcoming week July 1-July 8 2018. I can not reach the owner. I have tried cell/email/voicemail etc. for weeks. I paid through Paypal. I filed a dispute but fear it is too late. What else should I do? My entire wedding revolves around this week/stay out of state. I feel like I have lost all trust in this owner and want a refund - but I can't reach her? I am $9000 out and scared to death my wedding is ruined.
