Unauthorized email

Somehow someone got access to my account and added a email that I have never had. I have tried contacting Paypal but have had no response. How do I delete this email?

Login to your account, go to your Profile, look for Update Email or something simlar.

You may also consider changing your Password and your Security Questions/Answers.

I did that but it won't let me remove the phony email
