There have been a large amount of unauthorized payments on my paypal account, and I have filed claims for each of them, but I'm worried about the withdrawl from my bank account. There were around 5 payments on the first of January, and I'm still waiting on them. I changed my password, and assumed that the problem would go away. Today there were even more withdrawls that weren't from me, and now I'm very worried. The sum of the withdrawls is greater than the amount of funds available in my chequing account. I want to close my PayPal to avoid any more of these issues, but I'm worried about not getting my refunds? I love the service and plan on making a different account when all of this is over, and phone customer service is taking an extremely long time. Any advice?
