It's a nutrional product if I am correct("scam" or not). If you've actually received your item, the best you can do is ask for a refund from the seller, since, unless there's information you left out, they legitimately sold you the item. Again, assuming the seller legitimately sold you the item, you could leave a bad review of the item at various places online or on the products reviews on eBay if it's on eBay(Do not leave the seller bad feedback unless there's something up with them, since it affects their account quite a bit).
