Two unauthorised fraudulent transactions

There are two fraudulent payments from my account. My debit card is linked. Both of the transactions have two different shipping address and both of them are shipping to the USA. I don't live in the USA. I received the email of the two purchases and was scared. I checked my bank account and money is missing. I am extremely frustrated by this. I need an immediate assurance that this will be solved as soon as possible. I called my bank but they can't do anything but just to cancel. I have not done that yet until I get my refund. I messaged the retailer in the USA to let them know but they can't do anything on their end. It leaves up ot Paypal.
