Trying to resolve a problem

Apr 9, 2017, I purchased 2 magnetic cables from a company...they sent me regular cables and I've been trying since I got them to get it corrected...Last communication was May 22, 2017. They requested a picture of what was sent and it went to this Mailer- Daemon...Then May 30th Paypal closed the case with no resolution...now...I have no way of contacting them...none of the emails work...I get Mailer-Daemon on both email addresses and the 800 ph number comes up unavailable number...

At this point, I would like a refund of the total amount I paid them...$24.93 and will do no further business thru them.
