I sent money as agreed for digital items I didn't receive ever and PayPal says I can't get a refund . Seller has disappeared so I just eat hundreds of dollars .. scary place to do business I won't ever again use PayPal
If you sent the money as "Friends and Family" that payment is only intended for... friends and family, it does not include any kind of protection. It should not be used when buying/selling something. Digital goods do not have seller protection against "item not reveived" claims so if you had paid as "Goods and Services" and now filed a dispute for item not receibed you would get your money back.
