They closed my dispute and said it cant be opened again. They forwarded a message to the seller about my never recieving the items I ordered ($419.00 worth) and said the dispute had so many days to be responded to. They didnt say "I" had to respond! I thought they meant the company I was disputing needed to respond. Now it says its closed and cant be re-opened. The phone number for that company on the website is no longer active. What can I do?

she did nothing,and Paypal closed the case,figured she does not need their help.
ifyou have used a credit card,file chargeback with your cc issuer.
if not ,try to look up the case and see ifyou can appeal.
or call Paypal ,tell them you are new,they cannot hold this against you.

No I didnt. I thought the time frame was for them to respond. I had made the claim already.... I assumed it was up to them to respond.
