I can get to the Resolution Center screen but can't access the dispute I have with a seller. I click on the box and nothing happens. I have tried many times to access the site / dispute and entering and leaving the screen is all that works. I am supposed to respond to PayPal regarding this dispute by the 29th of December but can't retrieve the information within the dispute.
