Hi - it's like living in a twilight zone at the mo.
I ordered a few art materials from The Range -- only part of the order arrived (and on the wrong day) -- most expensive did not arrive £99 easel. After many frustrating calls I asked them to refund the easel so that I could buy it elsewhere. Even though staff were aware (from their own records) that the easel was never dispatched they have asked me to send it back if I want a refund??
I have now raised a dispute with paypal. The Ranges response, again, was for me to send the easel (that I never received) and to close the dispute before they will fully refund me.
Anyone have sound advice? The longer this goes on, the longer I go without working with an easel as I can't afford to buy another elsewhere whilst they retain my money.
Feeling sad an frustrated 😞
