Suspicious Buyer Notice but still got paid

I’ve been notified by eBay that a listing I have has been removed due to a suspicious buyer. EBay says not to ship to customer. Here’s the issue, PayPal shows a transaction for the listing in my account. It is for a different address but the same listing. Is it possible this is bogus? Or, should I just ship the item since i’ve been paid?

What are the details of the transaction in your PayPal account?  Is the payment completed?  Is the shipping address correct for the buyer?

There is a transaction ID and a transaction time showing in Paypal. This is showing with my other completed transactions for that day and is not in a pending status.
