Supporting documents for the PayPal case

Hello,

 

I recently purchased an expensive perfume from the person in France. She made a mistake and shipped it to some different person with different shipping address. Despite her obvious fault, she is still not willing to refund me money. Tracking number clearly shows that the item went somewhere else, I did not get it. Now I have started the case and escalated it, in the process of PP's investigation PayPal asked me to provide supporting documents. Maybe someone from PP could be more precise on this? What documents should I provide in this case? I suppose PayPal is able to see that I have paid, when I have paid and that the tracking number is not connected with my address. I really appreciate any valuable help and only want to mention that my deadline is this weekend. Please help me! Thank you so much!
