Oh why is Paypal continue with this company, all the complaints must tell you that there is a problem. I like most of your customers use Paypal as a form of security and piece of mind, this seems far from your normal standards. I ordered a tv fox antenna on the 28/10/2017 that was 7 days ago i have had no confirmation of my order, Oh for sure my money has been paid out. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE WOULD YOU PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS FOR ME.
Please report it to Facebook and point them to this long list of complaints!
Received my Antenna but it doesn't work and i have no return address to send it back. Does anyone have an address and how do i get a refund?
At least after contacting Paypal by phone I now have 2 disputes listed with this company, I strongly suggest that you must phone Paypal direct because trying to use the resolution center is a waste of time and a complete frustration that will do your head in, it just doesn't work, no matter how fancy it looks
I just went to look at ebay and what is all across the top of the page Strong Current Enterprises still advertising their rubbish, is there anything that can be done to stop this, people are being conned by the minute and obviously Paypal have not blocked payments to them. Keep the pressure up people
I ordered two items from Strong Current Enterprises Limited on Nov. 09 and paid USD 145,18 twice through PayPal. But I have not received any items. Can you help
How do I open a dispute with a seller when a purchase goes wrong?
You can open a dispute in the Resolution Centre of your PayPal account within 180 days of payment if:
•You don’t receive the item
•You receive an item but it’s significantly different than the description on eBay or on the seller’s website
By opening a dispute, you can communicate directly with your seller to work out a problem transaction.
If you reach an agreement with the seller you can close the dispute. If you're still not happy with the result, you can escalate the dispute into a claim. We'll review the claim and decide on reimbursement.
These steps apply to Personal accounts. If you have a Business account, please log in to see the steps that apply to you.
To open a dispute:
1.Log in to your PayPal account.
2.Near the bottom of the page, under 'More about your account', click Resolve a problem in our Resolution Centre.
3.Click Dispute a Transaction.
4.Select the button beside the transaction you want to dispute, then click Continue.
5.Select ‘Item dispute’, click Continue and follow the on-screen instructions.
•Generally buyers must wait at least 7 days from the date of payment to escalate a dispute for an item not received
•Where an item has not been received, please ensure you have given the seller enough time before opening a dispute
If that does not work then if you funded your paypal payment via a card then contact your card issuer and see if they will do a chargeback for you.
