I have informed Citizens Advise with a view to reporting them to Trading Standards. Also will try to join Paypal moderator forum at 4pm today, if I can.
Please let us know if you got anywhere in the forum. If it's anything like the phone line, it was probably jammed and I'm sure they could not address all of the issues that were being raised.
I placed two orders with this company in November and have yet to recieve either. Has anyone else had problems with them? These are Christmas gifts and they were to arrive well before today.
I have an issue with this seller as well; don't believe I completed purchase process but they took money anyway. Immediately emailed and asked to cancel and refund and have not had a response to three messages I've sent in last six days. Opened dispute in PayPal and they denied. Really upset, especially since I see that there are over 100 complaints about this seller.
