Someone from a different country has been accessing my account?

This has happened two times, last month and yesterday. They are accessing it from Indonesia. The first time it happened I added extra security measures. But that didn't seem to help. I have a $0 balance in there now, but generally have my tenants use it to pay their rent. I get the money and immediately transfer it to my bank.

Is this something I should be concerned about or not? I'm thinking about canceling this account and starting a new one.

Any opinions out there???
