Someone else's email was in my login

When I went to purchase somthing online and was redirected to paypal a random email address was in the login box already. I saw another thread about this in May but no explanation was given. Nobody has ever used my computer except for me. The email ended with housat . com which I've never seen before. Is this some kind of spam/phishing attack?
