Shouldn't this be fixed already?

So, I opened a normal dispute which asked the seller to answer to the problem till 6th of December. Problem is anywhere in the world it's already 7 of December, I don't understand why this dispute is still up and going

After the deadline has been reached, paypal will review / refund within 48 hours of that deadline.

I had 2 withdrawals for same item...one from the seller through my debit and one from pay after delivery (which I have set up with paypal) AND Paypal doesnt see it on their end, so I faxed a copy of my bank statement listing the 2 separate withdrawals for same amount on 2 different dates...

Will it ever get solved???

I am out $100.99 and want to know how to get my money back. Paypal is supposed to have a protection policy AND theyre the ones who withdrew AFTER seller withdrew.

how did the seller manage to debit your card?

For PAD,paypal pays the seller and come after you 14 days after item sold.
