Seller provided fraud DHL tracking number and paypal accepts it

I have purchased item on eBay and paid with PayPal, never received.

Then eBay finds it to be fraud and delete this listing.

I opned a dispute with PayPal and seller provides some randome DHL tracking number.

i tracked the number its for 4 items not 2 which i ordered and delevered to jenny who i dont know. there is no address details.

Paypal is saying if i return the item they will send me full refund but how can i return i item i havnet received?

i am very disappointed with PayPal. had a big trust on Paypal but no more.

Ring them up and state that they need to check the tracking number again >>>

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
