This this guy makes a dispute about this

Buyer: Hey paypal, I recently bought a ticket for my son. for a convention form him but i haven't revived it yet.i have tried to contact the seller on skype but he haven't responded.I would like a refund for this please.

1 problem this was a donation and he says that he bought the tickets from skype lol and he lives in india but i live in usa he also made another donation on another date and he is trying to refund that one too ahaha any suggestions for me? because this is getting out of hand little bit.

I suggest you reply to the dispute, explain your side of the story, try to be more specific.  However, if you and your buyer  can't come to an agreement, PayPal Dispute Resolution will  help you arrive ata solution.
