Scam on Craigslist

So i am selling . a used iphone 5s. And i got an email about a guy asking to buy my phone. I told him it was available and wanted it shipped. So i accepted.. He gave me a list of instructions to follow. As the posts on the bottom. And then i got this email from "Paypal" and im not sure if this was the paypal or just a scam (2nd photo). What do i do?

Smells like a scam to me.

Quite frankly you should NEVER ship anything before receiving payment and any checks, money orders, or whatever have cleard.
