Scam Fraud - protection from paypal ?

Dear Sirs,
1 , the buyer does not claim to have received the goods !!!!
2 He says any transaction without authorization , and that's a lie . someone stole him his a credit card to pay his bills ??? That's silly, is not it?
3 , it is clear that the transaction at Discogs he did
4 , I can prove that I sent him the goods
5 , you can not get the money back if the transaction is clearly authorized
6 , it means that you can also buy something and then claim the money back ever ? This is a good business if it does not penalize
7 , this person is doing the same thing repeatedly , it is normal for you ?

I urge you to contact the police , it's a scam !!!! I want my money back .

We ask you for information as you do !

the buyer "***" is an impostor ! He received the goods , and he announced his bank unauthorized transactions and took the money 318 Euro back ! I now have neither goods no money ! Please can you help me, what can I do now ? Its not hes first time, I see that he has lot of negative feedbacks about same problem. Tell me about it,

Yeah I made a purchase to this company wisdom-soft for screen hunter pro6.

The payment went through, and I never got my lisense in the email.

I contacted them 3 times, 3 different emails. Nothing.

Paypal dosen't even have record of the transaction.

On my bank statment it says it went through.
