How long do I get to to return items that are faulty or don't function as described

Happy to have you stop by the PayPal Forums! 🙂 I'm sorry to hear that you received a faulty product. 😞 I know how disappointing that can be. 

 

Have you filed a dispute or claim on the purchase already? If you have and PayPal has given instructions to return the item to the seller, we require that tracking from return shipment be provided to us within 10 calendar days.
