Returned fake product and now Awaiting response

Hey guys,

I was sold a fake product on Grailed.com Which is a website that will not tolerate fake products. After finding out the product I bought was fake. I filed a dispute/ claim on the day it arrived. Paypal told me to return the product which I did. The product I returend delivered yesterday, Oct 30th and I am still waiting for the Seller's response. On grailed you can message the seller/buyer and I  did so telling the seller to respond on the claim. I got no reply and here I am still waiting. Is there a certain time limit that the seller has to respond or no. The tracking number I provided said the pacakge has delivered. I am worried that I won't be getting a refund because now I am a loss of around 180$ and I don't even have the product because I returned it.
