Returned Item to seller and recieved no refund

I purchased a dress from a lady online and she sent me the wrong item, she then refused to have any comminucation with me after. I filed a dispute with paypal who advised me to return item and they would assist me with refund. So I did this. ANd Paypal has still not helped me with the refund. So now the seller has the item back and has the money? I have never been so frusturated in my life. I feel totally scammed, anyone have any suggestions?

You need to provide paypal with the tracking number to prove delivery of the item back to the seller and then you should get your refund.
