Hi all, I'm completely sick over this and need advice. I sold a very expensive ring from a designer out of NYC over a year ago in September of 2016. The item was around $1600 I believe. Now, over a year later, my buyer wants a full refund claiming it's not authentic. This person even left positive feedback! What should I do as I can't afford to loose out of a ring and refund. Thanks!

paypal and credit card is 180 days, ebay is 30 days,a year is a long time.
it is better than filing item not received or unauthorised transaction as you may not be able to prove delivery,USPS does not keep tracking data for that long.
always a good idea for high ticke item, make a hard copy of the tracking history just in case.

I dont think she can do anything, ebay, paypal or her credit card would not deal with her, only if you agree to refund,or else she is pretty much stuck with the ring.
