I opened a case against a seller who sent me an item that was incorrectly advertised. The actual product's design and color was much different than it was listed on their website. Paypal made a resolution to where I receive a refund, but only if I pay to return the item back to the seller. I don't understand why I need to pay out of my own pocket for a mistake that the seller made. It doesn't make sense for this to be my responsibility. Has anyone else had this happen to them? Is there anything I can do?
The seller is overseas and shipping costs nearly as much as the money I spent on the item.
