I have a cutsomer who placed two separate handmade orders one on the 13th that shipped on the 19th and one on the 17th that shipped on the 19th. She has been so awful and harassing me once her items didn't arrive by Christmas. She has now said she will refuse the packages upon arrival. Since these are handmade and custom items, what will paypal do? I already invested money in her orders and there is absolutely no way for me to resell, I make jewelry and it's super hard to find people with all the same names. It's $70 total that's being held and I'm afriad if she refuses, I'll be out that moneyt plus the money it cost to make her jewelry.
