I have two refunds issued to my account but they havent appeared in my bank statements, its been over 2 weeks for both and I would really want my money back, one refund is for about $50 from an unauthorized purchase and the other is $20 from an etsy purchase I never recieved. I've been calling paypal and i havent been able to talk to someone.
