I ordered something on a website today and later found out it was a scam website. I paid using PayPal but as a guest. Is there a way to get a refund?

As a guest, I am not sure. The best thing to do is send a reply to PayPal. In detail, along with a copy of the receipt, you paid with PayPal or through PayPal. This also helps PayPal but they need the proof.
Good luck

As a guest you used a credit card. Youneed to file a dispute with the credit card bank, not PayPal.
