I'm unsure where to post this, so I'll start here.
I was refunded by an eBay seller because the item got lost. (The refund took a while because the postal service claim had to be processed.)
I used a promo code to pay for the majority of the item and it has not been reinstated to me after the refund was processed.
I've sent two emails to Paypal asking about this and am only receiving canned responses. The Agents are not reading my emails.
How do I get this promo code reinstated to my account?
