I purchased 450.00 worth of jewelry  that I have never received. Contacted Facebook they said there was nothing they can do? What?? So can anyone help me this problem. Thank you

File a PayPal dispute for item not received.

How does this help when a Chinese seller has given false tracking information (twice), promised a refund then stated they sent items a second time?

I realise now it was just delaying tactics until resolution period had expired.
