I requested a refund and PayPal has still not given my money back even though the seller did not respond within the 10 days whats happening?

If you filed a dispute and if you escalated to a claim and if the deadline has been reached then Paypal review / refund within 48 hours of that deadline.

My PayPal account got limited I belive thats it and I cant give the info they need.
