Refound scam?

So, im about to sell a virtual item, and the person wanna Pay via paypal.. I just wanna know if he pays (and I receive the money) can he still get his money back? Because if I get the money and I give him the item I cant get my item back but he get his money back so I Will get scammed..

1st and most important,  you should read the User Agreement.   The buyer did.   As a seller, you don't have Seller Protection - if you sold an intangible item.  (Sorry to be blunt but, that's how things work.)

Your sale is not eligible for coverage under PayPal’s Seller Protection program if:

• It involves intangible, non-physical, items, including digital goods, and services.  Digital goods are delivered and used in an electronic format, like a song delivered online or through a mobile application.
